To connect your smartphone to the DEWALT DCR028B radio via Bluetooth, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the DEWALT DCR028B radio by pressing the ON/OFF/Volume button.
2. Press the Bluetooth button or use the mode button to put the radio into Bluetooth mode. The LCD display should show "Disconnected" if no device is paired.
3. On your smartphone, go to the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. In the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone, search for available devices.
5. When the DEWALT DCR028B appears in the list of available devices, select it to begin the pairing process.
6. If prompted, enter the pairing code or PIN displayed on the DEWALT DCR028B radio or your smartphone.
7. Once the pairing is successful, the DEWALT DCR028B radio will emit a double beep, and the LCD display will show "Connected."
Your smartphone is now connected to the DEWALT DCR028B radio via Bluetooth. You can now stream audio from your smartphone to the radio wirelessly.
