To assemble the Bissell 2790 Series Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Rewind, follow these steps:
1. Slide the end of the wand into the top of the base until it clicks into place.
2. Attach the stretch hose by lining up the tabs on the circular cuff with the notches on the back of the handle. Twist clockwise to lock the hose into place.
3. Press the Dirt Tank Release Button and pull the tank away from the vacuum to remove it.
4. Attach the end of the hose to the vacuum by sliding the square cuff into the bracket below the Power Switch.
5. If you have the optional Febreze filter, install it by twisting the tank cover to the unlock position and pulling up on the handle. Remove the Pre-Motor Filter and replace it with the Febreze filter. Reinstall the tank cover when done.
6. Place the Dirt Tank back on the vacuum by securing the bottom in place first, then push it back until you hear a "click".
