To connect the Logitech M240 Silent Bluetooth Mouse to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your computer has Bluetooth capability. If not, you may need to use a Bluetooth adapter.
2. Turn on the mouse by sliding the On/Off toggle switch located on the bottom of the mouse to the "On" position.
3. On your computer, go to the Bluetooth settings. The exact steps may vary depending on your operating system.
4. Enable Bluetooth if it is not already turned on.
5. Put the mouse into pairing mode by pressing and holding the Connect button located on the bottom of the mouse for a few seconds. The Connection Status LED will start blinking rapidly.
6. On your computer, search for Bluetooth devices. The mouse should appear in the list of available devices.
7. Select the Logitech M240 Silent Bluetooth Mouse from the list and click "Pair" or "Connect".
8. Your computer will now establish a connection with the mouse. Once the connection is successful, the Connection Status LED on the mouse will stop blinking and remain solid.
9. The mouse is now connected to your computer via Bluetooth. You can start using it.
Note: If you are prompted to enter a passcode during the pairing process, you can usually leave it blank or enter "0000" (four zeros).
