There are two ways to connect your keyboard and mouse to your device: through the Logi Bolt receiver or through direct Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) connection. Here's how to do each:
To pair through Logi Bolt receiver:
1. Take the Logi Bolt receiver from the packaging tray.
2. Insert the receiver into any available USB port on your desktop or laptop.
3. Remove the pull-tabs from both the keyboard and mouse. They will automatically turn on.
4. The receiver should be successfully connected to your device when the white LED stops blinking on the connect key of the keyboard and at the bottom of the mouse.
5. Set the right keyboard layout for your computer operating system by long-pressing the following shortcuts:
- Windows: Fn + P
- macOS: Fn + O
- ChromeOS: Fn + C (if you're using ChromeOS)
Note: Windows is the default OS layout, so if you're using a Windows computer, you can skip this step. Your keyboard and mouse are now ready to use.
To pair through Bluetooth®:
1. Remove the pull-tabs from both the keyboard and mouse. They will automatically turn on.
2. A white LED will start blinking on the connect key of the keyboard and at the bottom of the mouse.
3. Open the Bluetooth® settings on your device and add a new peripheral by selecting both your keyboard (K650B) and your mouse (M650B) from the list of devices.
4. Your keyboard and mouse will be paired once the LEDs stop blinking.
5. Your computer may require you to input a random set of numbers. Type them all and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard (K650). Your keyboard and mouse are now ready to use.
Note: For ChromeOS users, it is recommended to connect to your device only through BLE (Bluetooth® Low Energy) for the best experience.
