To measure body temperature with the ANMEATE FC-IR100 Digital Infrared Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the thermometer is clean and in good working condition.
2. Hold the thermometer about 5-15 cm (2-6 inches) away from the forehead.
3. Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
4. Aim the thermometer at the center of the forehead and keep it steady.
5. Press and release the measurement button to take a temperature reading.
6. The temperature reading will be displayed on the LCD screen.
7. If the temperature reading is within the normal range, the screen will display green. If it is slightly elevated, it will display orange for a light fever, and if it is high, it will display red for a high fever.
8. Record the temperature reading if needed.
9. After use, turn off the thermometer by pressing the power button again or wait for it to automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.
Please note that while the FC-IR100 can measure body temperature, it is not intended for medical use and may not provide the same accuracy as medical-grade thermometers. For medical purposes, it is recommended to use a thermometer specifically designed for measuring body temperature.
