To connect your speakers to the Yamaha SB3728 A/V Receiver, follow these steps:
1. Identify the speaker terminals on the back of the receiver. They are labeled as "Front," "Center," "Surround," and "Subwoofer."
2. For each speaker, strip the ends of the speaker wire to expose the bare wire.
3. Insert the bare wire into the corresponding speaker terminal on the receiver. Ensure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the receiver match the polarity of the speaker wire.
4. Tighten the speaker terminal screws to secure the wire in place. Make sure the connection is secure but not overly tightened.
5. Repeat the process for each speaker, connecting them to their respective terminals on the receiver.
6. Once all the speakers are connected, double-check the connections to ensure they are secure.
7. Finally, refer to the owner's manual for further instructions on speaker setup and configuration, including adjusting speaker levels and running the YPAO Sound Optimization for optimal sound quality.
