To connect your device to the Naxa NAS-5001 Bluetooth Smart Speaker, please follow these steps:
1. Plug one end of the adapter into the DC IN jack of the speaker and plug the other end into a wall outlet. Slide the power switch to the ON position to turn on the speaker. Wait for the mode indicator on the front of the speaker to flash green only.
2. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device (phone or music device) and make sure it is in pairing mode. Refer to your device's manufacturer instructions for assistance.
3. Press the MODE button on the speaker repeatedly until the mode indicator turns blue and starts flashing. This indicates that the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. On your device, select the Naxa NAS-5001 from the list of available Bluetooth devices. The pairing name is "NAXA NAS-5001".
5. Once the pairing is successful, the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker will stop flashing, and you should hear a tone indicating the connection.
If the pairing is unsuccessful, try the following:
- Turn off the speaker and repeat steps 1-5.
- Make sure the device is within range of the speaker (typically up to 33 feet in line-of-sight conditions).
- Check if there are any other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be interfering with the pairing process. Move away from those devices or turn them off.
- Restart your device and try the pairing process again.
