To pair your device with the Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker III, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the speaker by pressing the Power button. The Bluetooth status indicator on the speaker will start blinking blue, indicating that the speaker is discoverable.
2. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
3. In the Bluetooth settings, search for available devices. You should see a device named "Bose SLIII" or "Bose SoundLink III" in the list of available devices.
4. Select the "Bose SLIII" or "Bose SoundLink III" device from the list. If prompted for a passcode, enter "0000" (four zeros).
5. Once the pairing is complete, the Bluetooth status indicator on the speaker will change from blinking blue to solid white, and you will hear a tone indicating that the device is connected.
Note: If the speaker turns off after five minutes, it means it has not paired or connected with your device. In that case, turn the speaker off and back on, and try pairing your device again.
