To power the TC-4 PLUS, connect the 12V terminal to a switched 12V source and the GND terminal to a ground source. Make sure to use a fused connection with a minimum fuse size of 2A. Avoid using circuits that share power with the vehicle's stereo, ignition system, or fuel pump.
To connect the thermocouples, use Type K thermocouples and connect the yellow lead to the + terminal and the red lead to the - terminal on the TC-4 PLUS. If the thermocouple is ungrounded, run a wire from the respective TC- terminal to GND.
