To connect the Singing Machine SMK012 Portable Karaoke Microphone to your smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the microphone by pressing and holding the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet. Go to the settings menu and look for the Bluetooth option.
3. On the microphone, press and hold the Bluetooth button until the LED indicator starts flashing. This indicates that the microphone is in pairing mode.
4. On your smartphone or tablet, search for available Bluetooth devices. The Singing Machine SMK012 should appear in the list of available devices.
5. Select the Singing Machine SMK012 from the list to initiate the pairing process.
6. Once the pairing is successful, the LED indicator on the microphone will stop flashing and remain solid.
7. You can now play music on your smartphone or tablet, and it will be transmitted wirelessly to the microphone. Adjust the volume on both the microphone and your device for the desired sound balance.
