To connect the 8Bitdo 81HC Wireless Controller to your Windows 10 PC, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your PC is powered on and the Bluetooth function is enabled.
2. Turn on the 8Bitdo 81HC Wireless Controller by pressing and holding the power button located on the controller's faceplate. The LED indicator light on the controller will start flashing.
3. On your Windows 10 PC, go to the "Settings" menu by clicking on the Start button and selecting the gear icon.
4. In the Settings menu, click on the "Devices" option.
