To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the AikTryee TP300-A Cooking Food Digital Thermometer, simply press the /°C/°F button again. Each time you press the button, the temperature unit will toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). The thermometer will remember your last selection, so the next time you turn it on, it will display the temperature in the previously selected unit.
