To connect the TREATLIFE DS01-4 Smart Dimmer Light Switch to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the switch is connected to power and your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi router.
2. Open the Treatlife app on your smartphone and tap the "+" icon on the top right corner to add a device.
3. Select "Dimmer Switch(WiFi)" from the device type options.
4. In the default configuration mode, press and hold the mechanical on/off button on the switch for 5 seconds until the red indicator light blinks rapidly.
5. Tap "Confirm indicator rapidly blink" in the app and enter your Wi-Fi password.
6. Wait for the switch to complete the connection process. This may take a few moments.
7. If the default mode does not work, you can try connecting in AP mode. Tap "AP Mode" in the top right corner of the app.
8. Press and hold the mechanical on/off button on the switch for 5 seconds until the red indicator light blinks rapidly. Then press and hold for 5 seconds again until the indicator light blinks slowly.
9. Tap "Confirm indicator slowly blink" in the app and enter your Wi-Fi password.
10. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your phone and connect to the "Treatlife-xxx" network.
11. Go back to the app and continue adding the device. Wait for the connection to complete.
If you are still experiencing issues with connecting the switch to your Wi-Fi network, please ensure that your router's 2.4 GHz band is turned on and that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password. You can also try moving the router closer to the switch or power cycling the router. If the problem persists, please contact TREATLIFE support for further assistance.
