If your prints have roller tracks on the outer edges, it is likely that the imaging unit needs to be replaced. The Brother HL-L3210CW printer uses both toner and an imaging unit/drum. Over time, the imaging unit can wear out and cause roller marks on the prints. To fix this issue, you will need to replace the imaging unit. It is recommended to replace the imaging unit about twice a year to maintain print quality. Refer to the Brother HL-L3210CW Compact Digital Color Printer product manual for instructions on how to replace the imaging unit.
