To install the SSV Works WP3-PN304A WP Audio System in your off-road vehicle, please follow these steps:
1. Before starting the installation, locate the battery in your vehicle and make sure you have all the necessary tools, including a 4mm Hex Key, #3 Philips xxxx Driver, 10mm Socket and Ratchet, Strippers and Crimpers.
2. If your vehicle has a roof, it will need to be removed prior to installation. Once the installation is complete, the roof may be re-installed, but modification may be required for proper fit.
3. Pre-install the J Bracket Rubber inserts before installing the WP3-PN304A.
4. Loosely install the (2) mounting brackets onto the top of the enclosure using (8) Phillips Screws and (8) washers. The brackets are marked with a D (driver) or P (passenger) for correct orientation.
5. The enclosure brackets will utilize one safety net bolt on each side. Remove both with a 10mm socket.
6. Place the WP3-PN304A onto the cage with the (2) J style brackets resting on the front of the cage.
7. While holding the enclosure in position, use the supplied 30mm hex bolt, (1) aluminum spacer, and factory washer to secure the PN304 bracket to the safety net bracket. Do not tighten it all the way. Repeat these steps on the opposing side.
8. After all the hardware has been loosely installed, make sure the enclosure is seated properly, then go back and tighten all the mounting hardware. Run all necessary cabling to the battery.
9. Install both bottom J Brackets using (4) Phillips screws, (8) washers, and (4) lock nuts. Be sure rubber inserts are pre-installed.
