Simply place your food in the bag, seal it almost completely, leaving a small section open. Then, slowly lower the sealed bag into a pot of water to push out the remaining air. Seal the bag completely before submerging it in the water for cooking. Alternatively, you can also use a vacuum sealer to seal the food in an airtight bag.
