To install and set up the Coway Aquamega 200C Countertop Water Purifier, please follow the steps below:
1. Unpack the unit: Remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
2. Position the unit: Place the water purifier on a stable and level surface near a power outlet and water source.
3. Connect the water supply: Attach the provided water supply hose to the water purifier's inlet valve. Connect the other end of the hose to a cold water source, such as a faucet or water line.
4. Install the filter: Open the filter compartment by rotating the filter cover counterclockwise. Insert the filter cartridge into the compartment and align it with the guide marks. Close the filter cover by rotating it clockwise until it locks into place.
5. Power on the unit: Plug the power cord into a grounded power outlet. The power button will illuminate, indicating that the unit is receiving power.
6. Initial setup: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the initial setup. The display will show "SETUP" and the Wi-Fi icon will blink.
7. Connect to Wi-Fi: Download the Coway IoCare app on your smartphone and follow the app's instructions to connect the water purifier to your Wi-Fi network. This step is optional but allows you to access additional features and control the unit remotely.
8. Set the water temperature: Use the temperature control buttons on the water purifier or the app to adjust the desired water temperature. The default temperature is 42°F (5.5°C).
9. Start purifying water: Press the dispense button to start purifying water. The water purifier will automatically dispense purified water at the set temperature.
