To set up the PDWM3100 UHF Wireless Microphone System, follow these steps:
1. Connect the receiver to your sound system: Use the included cables to connect the balanced XLR or unbalanced 1/4" outputs on the receiver to the corresponding inputs on your audio equipment.
2. Power on the receiver: Press the POWER BUTTON on the front panel of the receiver to turn it on.
3. Select the frequency/channel: The system comes with preset frequency channels. You can either automatically or manually select the frequency/channel.
- Automatic frequency/channel select: Press and hold the "DOWN" button on the receiver until the display shows "". The system will automatically select the best frequency/channel.
- Manual frequency/channel select: Press and hold the "UP" button on the receiver until the channel number blinks. While the channel is blinking, use the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to select the desired channel. Press "SET" to confirm the selection.
4. Match the receiver's frequency with the microphone: Turn on the microphone and point its infrared port at the receiver's IR PORT. Press and hold the "SET" button on the microphone until "1 A- - - -" displays on the receiver. Once syncing is completed, the RF level bar appears, and the "MUTE" icon disappears.
5. Adjust volume and settings: Use the controls on the receiver to adjust the volume and other settings as needed. The LCD PANEL on the receiver displays various system status indicators.
