To pair your PHILIPS TAUN102 Bluetooth in-ear headphones with your mobile phone, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the headphones are fully charged and turned off.
2. Press and hold the on/off button on the headphones until the blue and red LED lights start flashing alternately. This indicates that the headphones are in pairing mode.
3. Make sure that your mobile phone is turned on and its Bluetooth feature is activated.
4. On your mobile phone, go to the Bluetooth settings menu and search for available devices.
5. Select "Philips UN102" from the list of available devices.
6. If prompted, enter the headset password "0000" (4 zeros). Note that for mobile phones with Bluetooth 3.0 or higher, you may not need to enter a password.
7. Once the pairing is successful, the blue LED light on the headphones will flash, indicating that the headphones are connected to your mobile phone.
If the pairing process fails, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that the headphones are in pairing mode with the blue and red LED lights flashing alternately.
- Ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth feature is enabled and searching for devices.
- Turn off any previously connected Bluetooth devices that may be interfering with the pairing process.
- If the headphones have been previously paired with another device, reset the pairing by following the instructions in the user manual.
- Restart your mobile phone and try the pairing process again.
If you continue to experience difficulties with pairing, please refer to the user manual or contact the Philips customer support for further assistance.
