Usually, the SereneLife SLPAC805W Air Conditioner Remote Control is pre-paired with the air conditioner, so it should work right out of the box. However, if the remote control is not working or needs to be paired manually, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure the air conditioner is plugged in and turned on.
2. Remove the battery cover on the back of the remote control by sliding it open.
3. Insert two AAA batteries (DC 1.5V) into the battery compartment, making sure to align the electrodes correctly.
4. Close the battery cover securely.
5. Stand within the effective range of the air conditioner (typically around 10 to 15 feet).
6. Point the remote control towards the air conditioner.
7. Press the power button on the remote control to turn on the air conditioner.
8. If the remote control is not paired with the air conditioner, consult the user manual for specific pairing instructions.
Note: It is important to use fresh AAA batteries and ensure they are inserted correctly. If the remote control still does not work after following these steps, check for any obstructions between the remote and the air conditioner, or consider getting a replacement remote.
