To set the time on the Sangean RCR-28 clock radio, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure the radio is plugged in properly and turned on.
2. Press the Clock set button on the radio. You will hear a beep and the hour digit will start flashing.
3. Use the Tuning up/down button to select the desired hour. Press the Clock set button again to set the hour.
4. The minute digit will now start flashing. Use the Tuning up/down button to select the desired minutes. Press the Clock set button again to set the minutes.
5. The time should now display solidly with the colon flashing periodically.
Note: The clock can be set with the radio turned on or off.
