To connect the Sony BDP-S3700 to your TV, follow these steps:
1. Use a High-Speed HDMI Cable to connect the HDMI OUT port on the player to an HDMI input on your TV.
2. If you have an AV amplifier or receiver, you can connect the player to it using either a digital coaxial cable or an HDMI cable. Connect the DIGITAL OUT (COAXIAL) port on the player to the corresponding input on your AV amplifier or receiver.
3. If you are using a wired network connection, connect one end of a LAN cable to the LAN (100) terminal on the player and the other end to your router or modem.
4. If you prefer a wireless network connection, make sure the player is within range of your Wi-Fi network. Go to the player's settings menu and select the appropriate Wi-Fi network to connect.
5. Connect the supplied AC adaptor to the DC IN port on the player and plug it into a power outlet.
6. Turn on your TV and set the input source to the HDMI input that you connected the player to.
7. Press the power button on the player or the remote control to turn on the player.
Once the player is connected and powered on, you should see the player's home screen on your TV. From there, you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup and start enjoying your Blu-ray discs, DVDs, and online streaming services.
