To set the target temperature on the Anova AN500-US00 Sous Vide Precision Cooker, press the Target Temperature button on the display. Then, use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature to your desired setting.
To set the cooking time, press the Timer button on the display. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the time to your desired setting.
