To install the lens on the Artograph 225-090 Prism Projector, follow these steps:
1. Start by rolling down the rubber "O" ring (#2) to the end of the lens that is sticking out of the projector. This ring prevents the lens from entering too far into the lens barrel.
2. Place the lens into the lens barrel, making sure it is aligned correctly.
3. Slide the lens in or out slowly within the lens barrel to focus the projected image. The size and clarity of the projected image can be adjusted by changing the distance of the projector from the projection surface and by focusing the lens.
Please refer to the "General Focusing & Enlarging" section of the user's guide for more information on adjusting the size and clarity of the projected image.
Note: The Prism projector has a reversible lens that can both enlarge and reduce the image. The projection range of this lens is 80% (4/5 x) reduction up to 20 times enlargement. Please refer to the user's guide for more information on the projection range and adjusting the size of your original to achieve the desired projection size.
