To set up the iHome iSB02 Dual Leak Sensor, follow these steps:

1. Install Batteries: Gently pull the front of the sensor forward using the battery access tab on top of the sensor to release the front of the main unit. Place the included 2 AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment, ensuring the polarity (+/-) matches the markings. Press the front and back cabinet together.

2. Wi-Fi Setup: Download and open the iHome Control app from the App Store or Google Play. Login to or create an iHome account. Press the sensors icon and then the Add Device Button. Select your sensor and tap "Next". Press and hold the Action Button on your sensor for 5 seconds until the green LED is flashing, then release. Enter the setup code when prompted in the app.

3. Sensor Placement and Operation: Place the leak detection probes face down in locations that may experience water flow early, such as low points in basements, near sump pumps, behind washing machines, near sinks, toilets, and hot water heaters. Use the included cable clasp to secure the secondary detection probe near the main probe. Press the action button on the sensor to silence the buzzer and acknowledge any warnings.

Note: The sensor is not intended to be submerged in water at any time.
