To connect the VSTARCAM C38S-P Pet Camera to your WiFi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the Eye4 app: Install the Eye4 app on your iOS or Android device. You can find the app in the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Power on the camera: Plug the camera into a power source using the provided power adapter. Wait for the camera to power on and initialize.
3. Connect the camera to your router: Use the included Ethernet cable to connect the camera to your router. This step is necessary for the initial setup process.
4. Add the camera in the Eye4 app: Open the Eye4 app on your mobile device and tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Add Camera" and choose the C38S-P model from the list.
5. Configure WiFi settings: Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the WiFi settings for the camera. Make sure to select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the correct password.
6. Scan the QR code: Use the Eye4 app to scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera. This will pair the camera with your Eye4 account and complete the setup process.
7. Disconnect the Ethernet cable: Once the camera is successfully connected to your WiFi network, you can disconnect the Ethernet cable from the camera and router.
8. Position the camera: Choose a suitable location for the camera and adjust the angle as needed. The camera supports 355° horizontal and 120° vertical rotation for optimal coverage.
9. Access the camera remotely: Open the Eye4 app on your mobile device and log in to your account. You should now be able to access the live feed from the camera and control its features.
