To connect the VSTARCAM C38S-P Pet Camera to your WiFi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the Eye4 app: Install the Eye4 app on your iOS or Android device. You can find the app in the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Power on the camera: Plug the camera into a power source using the provided power adapter. Wait for the camera to power on and initialize.
3. Connect the camera to your router: Use the included Ethernet cable to connect the camera to your router. This step is necessary for the initial setup process.
4. Add the camera in the Eye4 app: Open the Eye4 app on your mobile device and tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Add Camera" and choose the C38S-P model from the list.
5. Configure WiFi settings: Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the WiFi settings for the camera. Make sure to select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the correct password.
6. Scan the QR code: Use the Eye4 app to scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera. This will pair the camera with your Eye4 account and complete the setup process.
