To connect your laptop to the InFocus IN116x projector using HDMI, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both your laptop and the projector are turned off.
2. Locate the HDMI input port on the back of the projector. It is labeled "HDMI" and should be near the other input ports.
3. Take one end of the HDMI cable and insert it into the HDMI output port on your laptop.
4. Take the other end of the HDMI cable and insert it into the HDMI input port on the projector.
5. Turn on your laptop and the projector.
6. On your laptop, press the appropriate key combination (usually Fn + F4, Fn + F5, or Fn + F8) to switch the display output to the external monitor (the projector).
7. The projector should automatically detect the HDMI input and display the content from your laptop. If not, you may need to manually select the HDMI input on the projector using the remote control or the on-screen menu.
