To install the Lorex LNB8105X Security Camera, follow these steps:
1. Choose a suitable location for the camera, either indoors or outdoors, ensuring it has a clear view of the area you want to monitor.
2. Mount the camera using either the included ceiling mount, tabletop stand, or wall mount, depending on your preference and installation requirements.
3. Connect the camera to your network using the provided 60ft CAT5e Ethernet cable. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), so you only need to connect the Ethernet cable for both power and data transmission.
4. Ensure that your network is properly set up and connected to the internet.
5. Download and install the Lorex mobile app or access the web interface on your smartphone or computer.
6. Follow the app or web interface instructions to add the camera to your system and configure the settings according to your preferences.
7. Once the camera is successfully added and configured, you can remotely access and control it, view live footage, playback recorded videos, and customize settings.
