To set the time and date on the Sangean U4DBT+ Workplace Radio, please follow these steps:
1. Press the Power button to turn on the radio.
2. Press the Menu button until the Advanced menu appears on the display.
3. Rotate the Tuning control until "System" is displayed. Press the Tuning control to enter the System menu.
4. Rotate the Tuning control until "Time" is displayed. Press the Tuning control to enter the Time menu.
5. Rotate the Tuning control until "Set Time / Date" is displayed. Press the Tuning control to enter the time and date setting mode.
6. The hour digits will start flashing on the display. Rotate the Tuning control to set the desired hour. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
7. The minute digits will start flashing on the display. Rotate the Tuning control to set the desired minute. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
8. If your radio is set to the 12-hour clock format, an option to set AM or PM will be displayed. Rotate the Tuning control to select the desired option. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
9. The day digits will start flashing on the display. Rotate the Tuning control to set the desired day. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
10. The month digits will start flashing on the display. Rotate the Tuning control to set the desired month. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
11. The year digits will start flashing on the display. Rotate the Tuning control to set the desired year. Press the Tuning control to confirm the setting.
12. The time and date are now set on your Sangean U4DBT+ Workplace Radio.
