To access the ZOSI 1AR-16JK20-US Security Camera DVR remotely, you can follow these steps:
1. Ensure the DVR is connected to the internet: Connect the DVR to your router using an Ethernet cable through the RJ-45 port.
2. Install the ZOSI Client software or ZOSI Smart app: Depending on your device, you can either install the ZOSI Client software on your Windows or Mac computer or download the ZOSI Smart app on your iOS or Android device.
3. Configure remote access settings: Open the ZOSI Client software or ZOSI Smart app and log in using the credentials for your DVR. Once logged in, you can configure the settings for remote viewing, playback, and alerts.
4. Access the DVR remotely: After setting up the remote access settings, you can now access the DVR remotely. Use the ZOSI Client software on your computer or the ZOSI Smart app on your mobile device to view the surveillance footage from the DVR. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
