To connect the Skyline SK-200 Alarm System to the internet, please follow these steps:
1. Install the Internet Hub:
- Connect your Hub to an available port on your Internet Router using the Ethernet cable.
- Plug in the Power Adapter.
- Insert 4 x AAA-Batteries in the Hub for backup power in case of a power outage (optional).
2. Download the SkylinkNet App:
- Visit the App Store on your iOS device and search for "SkylinkNet."
- Download and install the app on your iPhone.
3. Create a SkylinkNet Account:
- Open the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Create Account" and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
4. Set up the Internet Hub:
- Open the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Setup Wizard" and select "Internet Hub."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Internet Hub. This may include scanning the QR code on the hub or entering the hub's serial number.
5. Add Sensors and Keychain Remote:
- Open the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Setup Wizard" and select "Add Device."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your sensors and keychain remote to the system. This may involve scanning QR codes or entering device information.
6. Setup Hub Keypad Password:
- Open the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Setup Wizard" and select "Hub Keypad Password."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up a keypad password for the hub.
7. Setup Time Zone:
- Open the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Setup Wizard" and select "Time Zone."
- Select your time zone from the list provided.
Once you have completed these steps, your Skyline SK-200 Alarm System will be connected to the internet and ready for remote monitoring and control through the SkylinkNet App on your iPhone.
