To replace the battery in the BENQ SX912 DLP Projector Replacement Remote Control, please follow these steps:
1. Turn the remote control over to view its back.
2. Locate the battery cover and push the finger grip on the cover.
3. Slide the battery cover up in the direction of the arrow as illustrated. The cover will slide off.
4. If there are existing batteries, remove them if necessary.
5. Install two AAA batteries, observing the battery polarities as indicated in the base of the battery compartment. Make sure the positive (+) end of the batteries aligns with the positive side in the compartment, and the negative (-) end aligns with the negative side.
6. Refit the battery cover by aligning it with the base and sliding it back down into position. Stop when it clicks into place.
7. Avoid exposing the remote control to excessive heat and humidity.
8. Dispose of used batteries according to the battery manufacturer's instructions and never throw them into a fire.
