To pair the Hive Window or Door Sensor with the Hive app, please follow these steps:
1. Download and Open the Hive App: If you haven't already, download the Hive app from your device's app store. Launch the app and sign in or create an account.
2. Add New Device: Go to the 'Devices' tab in the app and select 'Add Device'.
3. Choose the Sensor: Find and select the 'Hive Window or Door Sensor' from the list of available devices.
4. Follow the On-Screen Instructions: The app will guide you through the pairing process. Make sure the sensor is nearby and in pairing mode. Once paired, the sensor will appear in your list of devices in the Hive app.
Note: If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, ensure that the sensor's battery is properly installed and not depleted. You can also try removing and re-adding the sensor in the Hive app. For further assistance, refer to the detailed user manual or contact Hive customer support.
