To change the batteries in the Ecolink PIRZB1-ECO PET Immune Motion Detector, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the motion detector. It is usually located on the back or bottom of the device.
2. Open the battery compartment by sliding or lifting the cover. Some models may require you to use a screwdriver to remove the cover.
3. Inside the battery compartment, you will find slots for two CR123A batteries. Take note of the correct polarity (+ and -) indicated inside the compartment.
4. Insert the two CR123A batteries into their respective slots, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
5. Close the battery compartment securely, ensuring that the cover is properly aligned and latched.
6. Once the new batteries are installed, the motion detector should be ready to operate. It is recommended to test the device after battery replacement to ensure proper functionality.
