To set up remote access for the Pyle PIPCAM15 Surveillance IP Camera, please follow these steps:
1. Download the 'Pyle IP Cam' app: Go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your iOS or Android device and search for the 'Pyle IP Cam' app. Download and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network: Power on the camera and make sure it is in Wi-Fi pairing mode. From your mobile device or computer, search for the camera's default Wi-Fi network and connect to it. The default network name should be mentioned in the user manual.
3. Configure the camera using the app: Open the 'Pyle IP Cam' app on your smartphone or tablet. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the camera to your account. You may need to enter the camera's default username and password (usually "admin" for both) during the setup process. Make sure to change the default credentials for security reasons.
4. Connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi network: Within the app, navigate to the camera settings and look for the option to connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi network. Follow the prompts to select your network and enter the Wi-Fi password. The camera will then disconnect from the default Wi-Fi network and connect to your home network.
5. Access the camera remotely: Once the camera is connected to your home Wi-Fi network, you can access the camera feed remotely from anywhere with an internet connection. Open the 'Pyle IP Cam' app on your smartphone or tablet and log in using your account credentials. You should see the camera listed in the app, and you can tap on it to view the live feed.
Additionally, you can also access the camera feed from a desktop computer by entering the camera's IP address in a web browser or using the included software. Refer to the user manual for more information on accessing the camera feed via a desktop browser.
Please note that for remote access, you will need a stable internet connection on both the camera and the device you are using to access the feed.
