To install the batteries in the iHome iSB04 Door/Window Sensor, follow these steps:
1. Gently pull the front of the sensor forward using the battery access tab on top of the sensor to release the front of the main unit.
2. Place the 2 AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment, making sure the polarity (+/-) matches the markings in the product.
3. Press the front and back cabinet together to close the sensor.
Please note that the iSB04 sensor requires 2 AA alkaline batteries, which are included in the package. It is recommended to use alkaline batteries only in this sensor.
