To connect your gaming console to the Optoma GT1080HDR Short Throw Gaming Projector, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have an HDMI cable. The GT1080HDR features multiple HDMI ports, which are commonly used to connect gaming consoles.
2. Locate the HDMI port on the back of your gaming console. It is usually labeled as "HDMI Out" or "HDMI Output."
3. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your gaming console.
4. Locate the HDMI input ports on the back of the GT1080HDR projector. They are typically labeled as "HDMI 1" and "HDMI 2."
5. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to one of the HDMI input ports on the projector. Note which HDMI port you used for future reference.
6. Turn on your gaming console and the projector.
7. Use the projector's remote control to select the correct HDMI input source. Press the "Input" or "Source" button on the remote control and choose the HDMI input port that you connected your gaming console to.
8. Your gaming console's screen should now be displayed on the projector. If not, make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected and try selecting a different HDMI input source on the projector.
