To connect the Pyle PDWM100 Instrument Dynamic Microphone to your amplifier, please follow these steps:
1. Open the bottom cover of the receiver and insert two batteries (size M) with the correct polarity. Close the cover securely.
2. Take one side of the included audio cable and insert it into the "MIC" socket on the receiver.
3. Connect the other side of the audio cable to the input socket of your amplifier.
4. Unscrew the housing of the microphone and insert a battery (size AA) with the correct polarity. Replace the housing securely.
5. Attach the wireless antenna to the microphone.
6. Set both the switch on the receiver and the switch on the transmitter to the ON position. The pilot lamps on the receiver and transmitter should light up, indicating that the system is in good condition and ready for operation.
7. Adjust the microphone volume on your amplifier to the desired level.
Now you can start using the microphone to sing or capture instrument sounds. If you need to temporarily stop the microphone from picking up any sound, you can set the switch on the transmitter to the middle (MIC) position. The lamp on the transmitter will remain on, but the microphone will not receive any sound.
Additionally, please note that if you plan to use the microphone as a wired microphone, you can remove the battery from the microphone and connect one side of the included wired cable to the bottom of the microphone and the other side to the microphone input socket on your amplifier. Set the switch on the microphone to the MIC position.
