Setting up the NEXX Smart Plug is quick and easy. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Plug in the NEXX Smart Plug into a functional power outlet.
2. Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. Download the NEXX Home app from the app store (available for iOS and Android).
4. Open the NEXX Home app and create an account if you don't have one already.
5. Tap on the "+" icon or "Add Device" button in the app to start the setup process.
6. Select "Smart Plug" from the list of available devices.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the smart plug to your Wi-Fi network. This may involve entering your Wi-Fi network name and password.
8. Once the smart plug is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, you can customize its settings and assign a name to the device.
9. You can now control and monitor your electronics remotely using the NEXX Home app.
