To update the firmware on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, please follow the steps below:
1. Connect your controller to your Xbox console using the included USB-C cable.
2. Turn on your Xbox console and ensure it is connected to the internet.
3. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
4. Navigate to the System tab and select Settings.
5. In the Settings menu, select Devices & connections.
