To charge the Rivian Camp Speaker, you can use a USB-C cable. It is recommended to use a USB-C cable with power delivery, similar to a laptop charger, for faster charging time. The speaker can be charged when it is docked in the vehicle or when it is undocked and plugged into a USB-C source.
The LED light above the USB-C connector at the rear of the speaker pulses to indicate that it is charging. Once the speaker is fully charged, the LED light will show as solid white. The charge time for the speaker is approximately 3 hours when using a USB-C cable with power delivery.
It is important to note that normal operation may not work if the battery temperature falls outside the allowed temperature range of 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C).
