To block a phone number on your iPhone, follow these steps:
1. Open the Phone app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the "Recents" tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Find the phone number you want to block in the list of recent calls.
4. Tap the "i" icon next to the phone number.
5. Scroll down and tap on "Block this Caller".
6. A confirmation pop-up will appear, tap on "Block Contact" to confirm.
Once you have blocked a phone number, you will no longer receive calls, messages, or FaceTime calls from that contact. The blocked person will not receive a notification that they have been blocked. However, they may notice that their calls are not getting through to you.
Note: If you have multiple Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID, blocking a contact on one device will also block them on all other devices.
