If the earbuds are not pairing with your phone, you can try the following steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
2. Ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
3. If there are no issues with the above points, turn off the powered-on earbuds by pressing the MFB button five times quickly. Then, put them back into the charging case and close the lid.
4. Wait for about a minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds to your phone by following the pairing instructions mentioned in the user guide.
