To use the La Crosse Technology 911-65557 Battery Tester, follow these steps:
1. Use the Orange Slide Switch on the tester to select the battery voltage.
- Select 1.5V for Alkaline, Lithium, and regular AAA, AA, C, D, & N batteries.
- Select 1.2V for rechargeable AAA, AA, C, & D batteries.
- Select 3.0V for lithium button cell batteries.
2. Pull out the Orange Battery Tray and insert your battery with the correct polarity. Slide the tray closed to make contact with the battery. The voltage and strength of the battery will be displayed.
3. For 9 Volt batteries, touch the battery to the contacts on the left side of the tester, ensuring correct polarity. The voltage and strength will be shown.
