To set the time and date on the Westclox Source 70034 Dual Alarm Clock, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the TIME / CALENDAR set button located on the front of the clock for 3 seconds to enter the TIME and CALENDAR setting mode. The hour digit will begin to flash indicating you are in the time setting mode.
2. Use the ADJUST button to advance the hour for the time of day in one-hour increments. Press the ADJUST button as necessary until the correct hour is displayed. If you are in the 12-hour time format, make sure you are in the correct AM or PM time period.
3. Press the TIME / CALENDAR button to exit the hour setting and enter the minute setting mode.
4. Use the ADJUST button to advance the minute for the time of day in one-minute increments. Press the ADJUST button as necessary until the correct minute is displayed.
5. Press the TIME / CALENDAR button to exit the minute setting and enter the year setting mode.
