To set the alarm on the Westclox Source 43000 series Big Ben Moon Beam Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Locate the right-hand set xxxx (2) on the back of the clock, behind the clock itself.
2. Rotate the right-hand set xxxx clockwise or counterclockwise to set the alarm indicator hand to the desired wakeup time.
3. Make sure the alarm selection switch (3) located above the time and alarm set knobs is in the top ON position before going to bed.
4. Five minutes before the alarm wakeup time setting, the lamp will start blinking on and off to gently start the wakeup process.
5. When the time of day coincides with the alarm wakeup time setting, the audible bell wakeup alarm will sound.
6. To turn off the alarm, move the alarm selection switch (3) to its lower OFF position. This will also turn off the blinking lamp.
7. If you want to use the snooze function, press and release the top snooze button (4) when the lamp is blinking or when both the lamp and audible bell alarm are sounding. This will interrupt the blinking lamp or both the blinking lamp and audible bell alarm sound for ten minutes. The snooze function can be repeated up to four times.
