To connect your La Crosse Technology V15 Wi-Fi Multi-Day Forecast Station to your Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the La Crosse View app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen setup instructions to create an account.
3. Once you have created your account, add your station into your account by following the initial app instructions or manually adding the display into your account.
4. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that you want to connect your station to.
5. Tap the "Add Device" or "+" button in the app's Devices tab to add and connect your station.
6. Use your phone to scan the device ID barcode located on the back of the station. If you have trouble scanning the barcode, you can manually enter the device ID.
7. The app will guide you through the process of connecting your station to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password when prompted.
8. Once connected, the station will beep, and time and forecast information should populate on the display. The Wi-Fi status indicator on the station will become solid.
9. If you are still having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or visit the La Crosse Technology support website for additional assistance.
Note: It is recommended to connect your station to Wi-Fi during the initial setup, as it will save you time and allow access to advanced features. However, the station can function as a standalone unit without the Wi-Fi connection.
