To reset the SMONET Smart Deadbolt Lock, you can follow the instructions provided in the user manual. Here are the steps:
1. Remove 2 batteries from the lock and wait for 5 seconds.
2. Reinsert the batteries within 8 seconds of completing step 1.
3. Hold the secure lock/reset button on the lock for 15 seconds.
4. You will hear a sound prompting you to input the initialization password. Enter the initialization password (refer to the manual for the specific code).
5. After resetting, you can attempt to pair the lock with the TTLock App again.
If the above method does not work, there is an alternative reset method described in the manual. You can disassemble the back lock of the device and locate the small reset button in the lower right corner of the back panel.
