To connect the Fluance X850WC 5.0 Channel Speaker System to your audio receiver, follow these steps:
1. Identify the speaker outputs on your audio receiver. These are usually labeled as "Front Left," "Front Right," "Center," "Surround Left," and "Surround Right."
2. Connect the front bookshelf speakers to the "Front Left" and "Front Right" speaker outputs on your receiver using speaker wire. Ensure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the speakers match the corresponding terminals on the receiver.
3. Connect the center channel speaker to the "Center" speaker output on your receiver using speaker wire. Again, match the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals correctly.
4. Connect the rear surround speakers to the "Surround Left" and "Surround Right" speaker outputs on your receiver using speaker wire. Ensure correct polarity.
5. Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly connected.
6. Once all the speakers are connected, power on your audio receiver and follow its setup instructions to configure the speaker system. This may involve selecting the appropriate speaker configuration and adjusting settings such as speaker distance and volume levels.
7. Test the speaker system by playing audio from a source such as a movie or music. Make sure sound is coming from all speakers and adjust the balance and volume levels as needed.
