To connect your laptop to the Sanyo PLC-XD2200 Conference Room Projector, follow these steps:
1. Identify the video output port on your laptop. Most laptops have either a VGA or HDMI port.
2. If your laptop has a VGA port:
a. Use a VGA cable (not included) to connect the VGA output port on your laptop to the VGA In port on the projector.
b. Make sure the cable is securely connected to both devices.
3. If your laptop has an HDMI port:
a. Use an HDMI cable (not included) to connect the HDMI output port on your laptop to the HDMI In port on the projector.
b. Ensure that the cable is firmly plugged into both devices.
4. Power on the projector and your laptop.
5. On the projector's remote control, press the "Input" or "Source" button to select the appropriate input source (VGA or HDMI) based on the cable you used for connection.
6. On your laptop, go to the display settings. This can usually be accessed by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting "Display Settings" or "Graphics Options."
7. In the display settings, select the option to extend or duplicate your laptop's screen to the projector. This will allow your laptop's display to be mirrored or extended onto the projector screen.
8. Adjust the projector's focus and zoom settings, if necessary, to ensure a clear and properly sized image.
9. Start your presentation on your laptop, and it should be displayed on the projector screen.
